The most common questions we receive, whether via social media, or at a trade show are:
While we would love to be able to give you a price right away, there are several factors that come into play that make it almost impossible to just carelessly toss out a price for an install. Our pricing isn't solely based on square footage. This is not dissimilar to having a deck installed. Nobody asks a contractor how much it will be to install a new deck without them coming to inspect the area, test the ground, and discuss what you'd like.

Not all concrete is the same. Depending on the agregate of your mixture, there may be more work needed to resurface it before applying a coating.
What kind of condition your existing floor is in is important in determining next steps and what needs to be done to prep it for install.
We know somtimes you want to just get a quick answer and want to send photos of your space. Unfortunately even high-resolution photos will not give us the ability to create an accurate estimate without being able to test your space with our state-of-the-art equipment.
Sometimes, we even find that the existing concrete or agregate is unstable and not suitable for us to install. When that happens, we are upfront with you, and are clear that the concrete should not be covered, and may need replaced first.
With Garage Floors & More, you get to choose colors, textures, matching steps, verticals, custom color matching, logo install, mutiple areas, etc.
We want to make sure you are not only satisfied, but excited about your custom space. Therefore we discuss all the options with you.
So as you can see, having a concrete coating install isn't as simple has having carpet or hardwood installed in your living room. It takes a little more finesse and inspection to not only make sure you are getting the product you want, but also a product that will work best in your space.
Hopefully now you can see why we can't just give some people a ballpark figure without knowing what is under the surface. We stand by our process and our pricing. This is why we believe it is irresponsible to offer price ranges, without first knowing and understanding what is needed to provide a proper install that will leave our clients thrilled with their investment.
